PolyDay Times
After meeting with the venue, PolyDay will open at 10am for 10:30am start, ending at 4pm. This should give people who are just coming for the day time to travel.
If poly folks would care to head out for a meal afterwards (or before for the early ones!) and also do stuff in Leicester the next day that would be great. I'm not including that in my organising, I suspect it will work just fine informally.
Thanks to those who have registered. I'll find it easier to organise catering and the like if more people register earlier rather than later.
